Adept at building serverless services, workflows, managing APIs, B2B services and connecting disparate on-premises and cloud systems to drive business agility. Demonstrates strong technical leadership through mentoring and coaching team members, providing architectural and design guidance, and driving consistent delivery standards across the team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nArchitect, design and develop cloud-native integration solutions using Azure Integration Services.\nDesign, implement, and govern the Azure integration landing zone as a secure, scalable, and well-architected foundation for enterprise-wide integrations.\nDefine and maintain integration standards, patterns, and reference architectures.\nProvide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering team members, offering guidance on solution architecture, design patterns, troubleshooting, and implementation.\nDesign and Build workflow orchestrations and business process integrations using Azure Logic Apps.\nDesign and Develop Azure Data Factory (ADF) pipelines for ELT/ETL data ingestion and transformation.\nDesign and develop serverless components using Azure Functions for custom business logic.\nRegister, publish, secure and manage APIs and Services through Canopy (Bayer’s API Management Platform) or Azure API Management.\nImplement asynchronous messaging solutions using Azure Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hub.\nProven expertise in configuring, securing, and managing Azure Application Gateway to ensure high availability and optimal load balancing.\nConfigure and manage Integration Accounts to support enterprise B2B workflows, including integrations that use AS2 protocols.\nIntegrate Azure Key Vault for secrets, certificate, and credential management.\nImplement and maintain integration security controls including certificates, OAuth, JWT, and mTLS.\nDevelop integration solutions using Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB, as appropriate to the use case.\nBuild IaC and automate enterprise Azure Landing Zone using Azure ARM or Bicep or Terraform to ensure secure, scalable environments for integration platform.\nBuild and maintain Templates and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and automated deployment practices.\nPerform unit testing, integration testing, and production cutover activities.\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integrations using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.\nCollaborate with business teams, and application owners to ensure successful modernization outcomes.\nCoach team members on Azure Integration Services, cloud-native integration patterns, and engineering best practices.\nDocument solution designs, deployment procedures, operational runbooks, and migration artifacts to support long-term platform sustainability.\nAnalyze and reverse-engineer existing IBM Stack (Datapower, App Connect, MQ) and MuleSoft integration services to develop Azure migration strategies.\nRequired Skills:\nAzure Logic Apps\nAzure Functions\nAzure Service Bus\nAzure Event Grid / Event Hub\nAzure Data Factory (ADF)\nIntegration Account (B2B)\nAzure Application Gateway\nProgramming & Scripting: C# / .NET, Python, SQL\nREST/SOAP APIs, XML, JSON, XSLT\nAzure Key Vault\nOAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT and mTLS\nAzure API Management (APIM)\nAzure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics\nAzure DevOps & GitHub\nCI/CD, IaC (Terraform or Azure ARM)\nAPI Management Concepts\nPreferred Skills:\nMuleSoft Integration Knowledge/Experience\nIBM - DataPower, Cast Iron, and MQ Knowledge/Experience\nAzure Kubernetes Services (AKS)\nPreferred Experience:\nDesigned, built and delivered 15+ real-time integrations using Azure Integration Services.\nEver feel burnt out by bureaucracy?
