These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nPartner with the crop teams and digital enablement teams to build statistical or machine learning solutions for projects in Vegetables Seeds Product Supply organization.\nWork closely with data engineers to build automation jobs and cloud-based pipelines for product supply projects.\nDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of data science tools and techniques to identify opportunities and develop data science products supporting organizational objectives and fulfill outcomes.\nBuild and maintain cloud-based applications for deploying data science projects.\nWork closely with data engineers to build and maintain APIs for machine learning and data automation projects.\nPartner with crop science data engineering teams to align platform usage.\nPartner with digital transformation team to strategize and execute data integration and digital solutioning needs.\nAlign and communicate effectively with stakeholders cross regionally and functionally to align on data analytics requirements and solutioning needs to produce enterprise level dashboards and data science products.\nProvide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.\nKey Working relations: Crop Teams Globally, Operations & Supply Teams globally, Digital & Process Excellence Teams, Data Engineers, Data Analytics Experts, Enterprise IT Teams, Enterprise Data Science Teams, Global SPI, Commercial CX D&A Team, CS Digital Strategy & Data Teams, Global CS Engineering & Technology Teams\nSkills & Experience:\nMaster’s or Ph.D in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field or bachelor's with minimum 5 years' experience.\nStrong academic background in machine learning, AI, statistical modeling, and data analysis.\nFamiliarity with machine learning techniques such as kNN, SVM, tree-based methods.\nGood knowledge of statistical skills, including hypothesis testing, probability distributions, maximum likelihood estimates, Bayesian techniques.\nProficiency in programming languages: R/Python, JavaScript, Java. Demonstrated expertise with deploying solutions on cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.\nGood understanding of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
