# Senior SAP S/4HANA Lead Developer

Job description: We are seeking a Senior Developer with deep SAP S/4HANA expertise to drive hands-on development and technical leadership of development streams. This role translates architectural designs into high-quality, performant solutions while guiding and mentoring a development team. A key differentiator is the candidate's ability to leverage AI-powered tools and emerging AI capabilities within the SAP ecosystem to accelerate delivery and drive intelligent automation. YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Hands-on technical development of SAP S/4HANA solutions using ABAP (including RAP), CDS Views, and SAP Fiori/UI5, while providing technical leadership, code reviews, and coding standards to the development team. Champion and enforce SAP's Clean Core methodology — ensuring custom developments leverage released APIs, key user extensibility, and side-by-side extensions on BTP rather than core modifications, to safeguard upgradeability and reduce technical debt. Ideally, experience with Project Kernseife is already given.
