You will work at the intersection of business and technology, designing scalable architectures, guiding solution delivery, and driving the adoption of Microsoft collaboration technologies.\nIn this role, you will partner with business leaders, product teams, and engineering stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into secure, scalable, and user-centric solutions. You will provide architectural leadership across the full solution lifecycle, from concept and design through implementation and continuous improvement.\nYOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDesign end-to-end SharePoint and collaboration solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.\nCreate and maintain architectural blueprints, solution designs, and technical documentation.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, developers, and enterprise architects to define and deliver technology solutions.\nEvaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and integration approaches that support current and future business needs.\nLead the integration of new solutions with existing platforms, applications, and infrastructure.\nDefine non-functional requirements including scalability, performance, reliability, and security.\nEnsure compliance with enterprise security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.\nIdentify architectural risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.\nDrive architectural reviews and promote best practices across delivery teams.\nMentor engineers and solution teams, providing technical guidance and leadership.\nContinuously assess emerging technologies and industry trends to improve collaboration and productivity solutions.\nWHO YOU ARE\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nSeveral years of experience as a Solution Architect, Collaboration Architect, or a comparable architecture role.\nStrong experience designing and implementing SharePoint-based and enterprise collaboration solutions.\nSolid understanding of modern software architecture principles, design patterns, and integration approaches.\nExperience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nKnowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.\nExperience with APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation concepts.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.\nAbility to influence technical decisions across cross-functional teams.\nExperience mentoring and guiding engineering teams and promoting architectural best practices.\nNice to have:\nExperience with Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, including SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Power Platform, and related services.\nKnowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\nExperience working within large, global enterprise environments.\nUnderstanding of data platform and integration architectures.\nWORK LOCATION: WARSAW AL.
