If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.\nSSHE Technician\nPurpose\nSupport the site SSHE coordinator on operational activities.\nInteract daily with supervisors and workers to ensure the application of the corporate HSE requirements.\nStrong presence on the shopfloor to coach, advise site employees and elaborate risks assessments to decrease recordable incidents occurrence, enhancing the Safety culture.\nPrepare, check and control activities of external guest companies, who are doing periodical installation, maintenance or other type of works at Nagyigmand site.\nParticipate project preparation and follow ups.\nYour Tasks & Responsibilities:\nSupport the SSHE Coordinator in operational tasks.\nParticipation in the operation of the Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental Management system.\nApply company’s, ISO’s and country specific legal and standard requirements.\nConduct Work in Progress Inspections and Gemba Walks.\nApply the Business and Guest regulations\nPreparation, control and follow-up of the activities of external companies, PR and QT LAb activities, participate as SSHE support in Project preparation team.\nConducting safety Onboarding and repetitive trainings on the Externals.\nContribute to the investigation of events / root cause analysis.\nFollow up on Preventive and Corrective actions\nEncourage reporting of safety observations, near misses and first aid.\nCarry out a risk assessment on the Shopfloor.\nLiaison with Security Service\nWho You Are:\nCertified Management Systems knowledge (ISO/OHSAS) is desirable.\nCritical personal competencies: networking, communication and motivational skills, tactical thinking - agility, leading by influencing others, results orientation\nMinimum mid-level Occupational Safety qualification with relevant experience\nExperienced in presentation\nAdministrative skills required (Office, SAP, etc. ) \nHunagrian language knowledge\nCommunication level in English is advantage.\nAt Bayer, we are committed to transparency, equal pay for equal work or work of equal value, and objective reward practices.\nThe minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 773 000 HUF.
