If you’re hungry to build a varied and meaningful career in a community of brilliant and diverse minds to make a real difference, there’s only one choice.\nSupply Chain Management Intern\nYOURTASKSANDRESPONSIBILITIES\nTheprimaryresponsibilitiesofthisroleareto:\nServes as a contributor to cross-functional teams for problem solving issues within the supply chain operations;\nReviews multiple data inputs and understands clear levers to pull to improve processes;\nSupports the development of a deeper understanding behind the complexity of supply chain processes such as forecasting for item specific SKUs;\nFacilitate the resolution of problems during the development process to meet customers' needs;\nSupports deployment of digital tools in order to digitize supply chain operations such as Robotic Process Automation;\nEffectively extracts and analyzes key data sets in order to extract insight for end-to-end supply chain optimization;\nPartners with internal and external customers to efficiently deliver against project objectives.\nWHOYOUARE\nBayerseeksanincumbentwhopossessesthefollowing:\nRequiredQualifications:\nCurrently either pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science or other technical discipline;\nMust have completed at least 1 year of a Bachelors degree program;\nExperience with data analysis utilizing tools including PowerBI, Tableau, AWS Snowflake/ODBC;\nAbility to work accurately and efficiently on multiple projects under tight timelines;\nInterest in SCM processes such as inventory management change management, display/special-pack operations, Inventory management, and change management;\nStrong computer skills - Microsoft Office/ Excel Pivot Tables;\nGood communication skills due to the cross-functional collaboration required with customers including project teams as well as initiatives involving Bayer Healthcare US and Bayer Healthcare global organizations.\nPreferredQualifications:\n2 years of database related coursework, e.g., working knowledge of pivot tables, macros or experience in programming languages;\nExperience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA).\nEmployees can expect to be paid a salary of approximately between $22.75to $47.75.Additional compensation mayinclude abonus orcommission (ifrelevant).Additional benefitsinclude healthcare,vision, dental,retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc..This salary (or salary range) is merely an estimate and may vary based onanapplicant's location, market data/ranges, anapplicant's skillsandpriorrelevant experience, certain degrees andcertifications, and other relevant factors.\n\n YOUR APPLICATION\n\nBayer offers a wide variety of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
