Partner with recruiters and HR stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, ensure smooth execution of hiring processes, and deliver a positive candidate experience. Leverage multiple sourcing channels, maintain accurate recruitment data, and contribute to employer branding efforts to attract high-quality talent aligned with business needs.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Support\nSource and identify potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and talent databases for open and pipeline roles.\nSupport the development of talent pools for recurring and critical roles to improve hiring turnaround time.\nAssist in basic talent mapping exercises to identify relevant candidate segments in the market.\nMaintain and update candidate pipelines in the ATS/trackers for effective follow-ups and conversions.\n2. Screening & Engagement\nConduct initial screening of candidates to assess role fit based on defined criteria (skills, experience, location, compensation).\nCoordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate journey across stages.\nMaintain regular communication with candidates to ensure high engagement and experience quality.\nProvide timely feedback and closure to candidates, including managing offer declines and drop-offs.\n3. Stakeholder Coordination\nPartner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support fulfilment.\nProvide regular updates on sourcing progress, pipeline status, and challenges.\nSupport hiring teams with interview scheduling, documentation, and coordination.\n4. Job Posting & Employer Branding Support\nAssist in drafting and posting job advertisements across internal and external platforms.\nSupport employer branding initiatives such as career fairs, campus hiring, and social media campaigns.\nEnsure job postings are clear, accurate, and aligned to market expectations.\n5. Recruitment Operations & Reporting\nMaintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports.\nEnsure compliance with recruitment policies, documentation standards, and audit requirements.\nTrack basic recruitment metrics such as number of profiles sourced, interview conversions, and offer join rates.\n6. Continuous Learning & Process Support\nStay updated on sourcing techniques, job market trends, and hiring tools.\nSupport process improvements to enhance efficiency, turnaround time, and candidate experience.\nWork closely with recruiters to improve quality of profiles and sourcing effectiveness over time.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nStrong sourcing and coordination skills\nBasic understanding of recruitment lifecycle\nGood communication and stakeholder management\nAttention to detail and process orientation\nAbility to manage multiple roles and timelines\nFamiliarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and ATS tools\nEver feel burnt out by bureaucracy?
