This role will focus on ensuring accurate, efficient, and seamless data creation and coordinating with value stream leads / teams - while aligning with organizational and CORE program goals. The ideal candidate will have good experience with SAP Processes, SAP ECC and S4HANA data and cross-functional team collaboration across different cultures\nDomains -Sustainability\nROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nGather data with alignment across Value Streams (VS).\nUse the one-pager to translate test requirements into data needed for testing and case scenarios.\nEstablish a clear intake process for capturing requirements, leveraging ADO (Azure DevOps) as the central repository.\nOversee the creation and expansion of test data within the relevant Q system for end-to-end test scenarios spanning multiple VS.\nReview and manage dependencies between data sets across different VS.\nPrepare load templates and loading the same in S4\nAddress any missing configurations during data preparation by coordinating with the appropriate VS contacts.\nValidate data load results and ensure transformation rules are properly implemented.\nConfirm the test data is complete and accurate prior to creation.\nEnsure test data is successfully replicated to the S4 system and other relevant environments when applicable.\nConduct retrospectives with VS teams to identify and apply improvements.\nWork closely with VS teams to resolve major defects related to test data.\nLead stand-up meetings to discuss blockers and dependencies.\nIdentify key risks and blockers and develop mitigation plans.\nAlign with the request for creation across VS for test data collection\nFreeze the data requirement and document for all VS/tester consumptions\nWHO YOU ARE:\nExperience : \nOverall, 5 years of experience & preferably 2 years of experience in SAP test data management with focus on S/4HANA.\nFamiliarity with test data tools, methodologies, and best practices.\n Domain Expertise:\nComprehensive understanding of business processes across SAP value streams (SCM / A2R / C2C / Sustainability)\n Technical Expertise:\nProficiency in SAP ECC and S4HANA\nStrong expertise in data mapping, validation, and transformation processes for Master and transaction data as part of S4HANA transformations\nIn-depth knowledge of SAP data structures\nExperienced in any test data management tools/ Automation would be an advantage\nProven experience in managing or coordinating SAP test data projects, preferably with SAP S/4 HANA.\nProven experience in test data management from SAP ECC or S/4 HANA\nExcellent knowledge of relevant best practices and standards related to test data management\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.\nStrong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams , levels and cultures.\nFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools\n\nBayer is an Equal Opportunity Employer/Disabled/Veterans\n\nBayer is committed to providing access and reasonable accommodations in its application process for individuals with disabilities and encourages applicants with disabilities to request any needed accommodation(s) using the contact information below.\n\nIf you meet the requirements of this unique opportunity, and you have the \"Passion to Innovate\" and the \"Power to Change\", we encourage you to apply now.
