Join us to create and adapt visual assets for presentations, infographics, websites, campaigns, events, and internal communications while building a strong portfolio alongside experienced designers.\nInternship Purpose\nTo develop professional expertise in visual design while supporting the delivery of engaging, brand-compliant visual assets across digital and print channels. The Intern role provides hands-on experience in visual communication, creative production, and cross-functional collaboration within the Visual Design team.\nWhat’s in it for you?\nYou will gain hands-on experience creating and adapting visual assets for digital and print channels.\nYou will learn how to apply brand guidelines, design standards, and creative best practices in real projects.\nYou will receive guidance and feedback from experienced Visual Designers.\nYou will strengthen your portfolio while developing professional, creative, and technical skills.\nKey Tasks & Success Measures\nCreate and adapt visual assets for presentations, infographics, digital communications, and marketing materials across multiple projects, with success measured by their quality and consistency.\nSupport visual production for websites, campaigns, events, and internal communications while demonstrating progress in technical and creative skills.\nApply brand and visual identity standards consistently to all deliverables under the guidance of experienced designers.\nParticipate effectively in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and creative projects, incorporating feedback through design iterations and collaborating well with other designers.\nKey Working Relations\nVisual Designers and Work Lead\nContent Creators and Digital Communication Specialists\nProject teams and stakeholders\nRequirements:\nMandatory active student status in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related field.\n Portfolio demonstrating creativity and visual design skills.\nBasic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).\nAbility to incorporate feedback and develop work through design iterations.\nUnderstanding typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.\nGood communication skills and English proficiency on B2 level.\nAvailability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, including one day per week in the GBS Gdańsk office.\nKnowledge of Canva is a plus.\nFamiliarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.\nWhat we offer:\n\nA contract of mandate with an hourly rate of PLN 31.40 gross\nInternship for a minimum of 3 months p, with the possibility to extend to 6 or 9 months.\nBayer respects and applies the Whistleblower Act in Poland.\n\n YOUR APPLICATION\n\nBayer welcomes applications from all individuals, regardless of race, national origin, gender, age, physical characteristics, social origin, disability, union membership, religion, family status, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression or any unlawful criterion under applicable law.
