Twoof the centers, Professional Selling and Sales Strategy in Sports and Entertainment, have many events that occasionally require assistance from the student workers. Some of the daily jobs involve answering phones, taking messages, picking up and delivering\nitems to the copy center and other on-campus facilities, helping distribute packages and mail, making copies, assisting faculty with PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, typing, hospitality, and event assistance.\nProvide marketing and communications support to assigned area of responsibility \nAssist with various projects, activities or tasks related to marketing and communications \nSupport marketing and communications strategies and perform duties accordingly \nExhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively \nAbility to comply with University policies \nMaintain regular and punctual attendance \nGreet visitors with excellent customer service\nProvide general office, administrative, or clerical support\nMay assist with handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, messages and mail\nMay assist with routing and resolving questions or information requests\nMay assist with document preparation, filing, office records\nEnsure confidentiality of all pertinent information\nMay assist with office supplies and organization of common areas\nMay assist with data entry tasks, spreadsheets and reports\nPerform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission \nAbility to comply with University policies \nMaintain regular and punctual attendance\nEmployer: Baylor University\nWork Location: Paul L.
