In this role, you will design, develop, implement, test, and maintain business and computer applications software, specialized utility programs, and major enhancements to existing systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, fine-tune, and improve sophisticated software implementation projects.\nGather and analyze system requirements, document specifications, and develop tailored software solutions.\nReview and analyze enhancement requests and specifications.\nImplement system software and customize applications to client requirements.\nPrepare detailed software specifications and test plans.\nCode new programs to client specifications and create test data for validation.\nModify existing programs to meet new standards and conduct unit testing.\nPerform quality assurance reviews to ensure reliability and performance.\nConduct post-implementation validation and resolve bugs identified during testing.\nContribute to the development of reusable React component libraries to accelerate product delivery.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.\n5-7 years of professional software engineering experience.\nStrong foundation in computer science, with expertise in data structures, algorithms, and software design.\nProven experience in large systems software design and development.\nHands-on experience with React and building reusable component libraries.\nProficiency in troubleshooting and unit testing for both new and legacy production systems.\nStrong programming skills and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution.\nExcellent communication and documentation skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, Babel, etc.).\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nKnowledge of performance optimization techniques for web applications.\nAbility to work in agile, fast-paced
