You'll architect multi-agent systems on Vertex AI, design MCP-based orchestration layers, and own delivery of GCP-native solutions for clients ranging from Saudi giga-projects to Southeast Asian agri-food groups.\nWhat you'll do\nDesign and deploy multi-agent systems using Google ADK and Vertex AI Agent Builder\nBuild production-grade RAG pipelines using Vertex AI Search, pgvector, and Gemini models\nArchitect MCP server and connector layers that orchestrate agents across enterprise systems\nWork directly with clients to scope, design, and deliver GCP-native AI solutions\nSet up CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), observability, and cost governance on GCP projects\nContribute to internal IP including agent frameworks, evaluation harnesses, and reference architectures\nHelp build the case studies and technical content that support our GCP Partner Advantage submissions\nWhat we're looking for\n4+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with at least 2 years on Google Cloud\nAt least one current Google Cloud Professional certification. We strongly prefer Professional Cloud Architect, Professional Machine Learning Engineer, or Professional Data Engineer. Multiple certs are a significant plus, as they count directly toward our partner specialization thresholds\nStrong Python, with comfort across FastAPI, async patterns, and the wider data/ML tooling ecosystem\nProduction experience deploying LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering, evaluation, and observability\nWorking knowledge of at least one of: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Run, GKE, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Dataflow\nSolid grasp of cloud security fundamentals (IAM, VPC-SC, KMS, Secret Manager)\nThe ability to translate fuzzy client problems into clean technical scope and explain trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders\nNice to have\nHands-on experience with Google ADK, LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks\nFamiliarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and connector design\nExperience in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (financial services, healthcare, government, GCC public sector)\nArabic language skills or prior delivery experience with GCC clients\nBackground at a Google Cloud Partner, big four consultancy, or systems integrator\nHow we work\nWe're a distributed team across the UK, GCC, and APAC.
