You will work in a fast-paced environment that is professional, international and entrepreneurial.\nIn this Role you will:\nAccess data, construct and manipulate large datasets to support planned analyses, using Queries and formulas;\nDesign and develop dashboards;\nHelp with defining KPIs metrics and drive the data governance through standardisation and communication;\nExtract data and share it with stakeholders using Dashboards/Reports or Google Sheets;\nDevelop analysis and reporting capabilities; monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements;\nAdept at queries, report writing and presenting findings;\nResponsible for data quality and timely delivery of reports that make common business sense;\nParticipate in Analytics & Reporting trainings to evangelise data across the department;\nBe able to work autonomously without supervision.\nShare reporting on operational performance to provide insights to streamline the processes; \nProvide Sales/Account Managers with appropriate insight into issues and opportunities associated with their accounts;\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related field\nMinimum of 2 years of work experience in analytics, having closely worked with products and commercials in an internet/e-commerce company;\nProficient in Microsoft Excel/Google sheets and Queries\nGood analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data and information into actionable insights and business recommendations;\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;\nGood attention to detail;\nWritten and verbal proficiency in English\nProactive and passionate: You are independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems and delivering high-quality results in challenging situations;\nPassion for data and metrics;\nHands-on attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced & innovative environment;\nHighly motivated, professional, creative, proactive and able to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group;\nAnalytical thinking; Conceptual thinking; Detail-oriented; Business Acumen;\nStrong curiosity and striving for continuous learning;\nLiving the team values: Simpler.
