Actual pay depends on specialty, experience, schedule and job duties \nWhat You’ll Do\nAs an Office Manager, you’ll serve as the operational and cultural leader of the practice-leading by example and setting the standard for excellence.\nLeadership & Customer Experience\nChampion a patient-centered culture by modeling outstanding customer service\nTrain, develop, and engage staff to ensure a welcoming experience for every patient\nMaintain strong team morale through active engagement and recognition\nCommunicationCommunicate effectively with patients, providers, staff, and leadership\nParticipate in regional manager meetings and lead daily huddles and monthly staff/provider meetings\nProactively partner with the Regional Manager, meeting reporting deadlines and presenting solutions-not just problems\nDay-to-Day OperationsOversee daily clinic operations as a hands-on, working manager\nSupport providers and staff to ensure operational and performance expectations are met\nManage staff schedules and overtime\nOversee inventory control and daily receipts/collections\nEnsure provider schedules are accurate, efficient, and fully optimized\nImplement new company initiatives at the practice level\nTroubleshoot issues and make timely, solution-focused decisions\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMinimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a medical setting\nProven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills\nStrong organizational and time-management abilities\nA positive, professional attitude with a strong work ethic\nDetail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset\nWillingness to support the office in whatever capacity is needed for success\n Preferred ExperienceProficiency with general office equipment (scanner, fax, multi-line phone system)\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word\nExperience with EMR systems\nUnderstanding of HIPAA privacy practices\nFamiliarity with insurance plans and policies\nExperience training and developing team members\nJoin the Bayview Difference\nAt Bayview Physicians Group, Office Managers play a vital role in shaping patient experiences and leading teams to success.
