Für unsere Niederlassung in Emmering suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Niederlassungsleiter (m/w/d) Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik

  • Personalführung von kaufmännischen und gewerblichen Mitarbeitern
  • Steuerung des Vertriebs- und Dienstleistungsgeschäfts
  • Sicherung des Geschäftserfolges bezüglich Marktanteil, Erträge, Kosten und Fremdumsatz
  • Akquise von Neukunden und Ausbau unserer Marktposition
  • Durchführung von Soll-/Ist-Vergleichen und Ergebniskontrollen
  • Verantwortung für das Qualitätsmanagement in der Niederlassung
  • Projektleitung und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs im Tagesgeschäft
  • Abgeschlossene Meister- oder Technikerprüfung im Bereich Sanitär-, Heizungs- und Klimatechnik
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Empathie in der Zusammenarbeit mit Mitarbeitern, Kollegen und Geschäftspartnern
  • 30 + 1,5 Tage Urlaub
