This role isn't just about reviewing content-it's about pattern recognition and fraud detection. Using our advanced case management systems, you will dive deep into user-generated data to separate authentic human experiences from fake reviews, spam, and bad actors.\nWhat You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)\nInvestigate Fraud: Spot, research, and eliminate fraudulent content using our proprietary tracking tools and case management system.\n\nTrend Analysis: Dive into data to identify emerging patterns, spam behaviors, and review manipulation tactics.\n\nMake Decisive Calls: Act confidently when evaluating tricky or obscure cases where fraud isn't immediately obvious.\n\nHit Your Benchmarks: Own your performance by meeting both speed and quality targets to keep our global queue running smoothly.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nBackground & Job Skills:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent international qualification.\n\nExperience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in fraud detection, risk analysis, trust & safety operations, risk investigation or Financial crimes.\n\nNice to have: Experience with Accertify is a major plus!\n\nAnalytical Mindset: A genuine passion for researching data trends and solving complex mysteries.\n\nFeedback-Driven: A positive attitude toward coaching, with the ability to adapt and refine your strategy based on feedback.\n\nTech & Communication Skills:\nHighly proficient with online messaging, web applications, and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).\n\nExceptional professional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).\n\nAvailability Requirements:\nImmediate Availability: You must be able to start on 2nd February 2027 (no exceptions).\n\nHybrid Schedule: Willingness to work from our beautiful Bengaluru office 3 days a week.\n\nFlexibility: Open to working slightly shifted hours a couple of days a month (always with plenty of prior notice).\n\nOur Interview Process\nWe believe in transparency.
