You will partner closely with our Acquisition, Lifecycle, Content, and Customer Support teams to amplify member stories and scale our community initiatives efficiently. This is a unique opportunity to shape the member lifecycle from the ground up while directly impacting our brand's growth and engagement strategy.\nWhat You'll Do:\nAnalyze community lifecycle data and sentiment to ideate, test, and execute strategic campaigns that improve retention and decrease churn.\n\nExecute personalized, 1:1 outreach to top creators and high-value members to build long-term relationships and drive authentic advocacy.\n\nConceptualize and manage end-to-end member gifting programs, custom swag drops, and surprise-and-delight campaigns to reward active users.\n\nBuild scalable UGC pipelines in collaboration with Editorial and Marketing teams to elevate member-generated content across brand channels.\n\nEstablish repeatable frameworks, operational playbooks, and community guidelines to ensure initiatives run efficiently as the platform grows.\n\nIdentify and negotiate strategic co-marketing partnerships with complementary brands and creator groups to expand community reach.\n\nChampion the voice of the community internally, translating member feedback and behavioral trends into actionable business insights.\n\nWhat You'll Bring:\nPossesses 4+ years of professional experience in community management or community marketing, ideally within consumer platforms, creator networks, or UGC-driven brands.\nNice to Have:\nBrings previous experience working directly within product sampling, consumer reviews, or influencer marketing platforms.\n\nPossesses experience organizing both virtual and regional in-person member events.\n\nDemonstrates strong strategic and operational balance, with a proven ability to turn high-level retention goals into clear execution plans.\n\nDisplays exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills with a track record of effective 1:1 member engagement.\n\nExhibits strong data literacy, with comfort using community health metrics (retention, cohort activation, churn) to inform decisions.\n\nDemonstrates a highly collaborative approach to working cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, operations and/or support
