Working directly with the Vice President and partnering with Directors and Managers across the Business Development and National Partner team, this role is central to the successful execution of membership growth, partner engagement, and sponsorship initiatives.\nThe analyst owns the team’s data, research, and reporting-ensuring CRM integrity, uncovering and prioritizing new opportunities, and translating findings into clear recommendations for leadership. This role requires an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple stakeholders.\nThe ideal candidate is curious, resourceful, and eager to learn, with strong research and analytical capabilities and a desire to contribute to business development and membership growth efforts.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nCRM, Data & Reporting\nOwn the accuracy and integrity of data within the CRM system\nPerform regular data audits, cleanup, and enrichment to support effective outreach and reporting\nBuild and maintain weekly and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support membership, retention, and business development activities\nServe as a CRM resource for the team, including onboarding and training support for new users\nMarket & Prospect Research\nConduct in-depth research to identify prospective National Partners, sponsors, and key industry contacts\nBuild and maintain prospect lists, including detailed profiles of organizations and decision-makers\nSegment target industries and organizations to identify trends and prioritize opportunities aligned with growth strategy\nDemonstrate curiosity and initiative in uncovering new opportunities and insights\nPipeline & Performance Analysis (approx. 20%)\nAnalyze National Partner acquisition, renewal, and retention trends, and flag at-risk partners\nTrack pipeline performance, including conversion rates, win rates, and revenue forecasts\nMeasure the effectiveness of outreach and digital campaigns related to partner and sponsor acquisition, and recommend adjustments\nAssess sponsorship and event ROI and National Partner engagement levels\nTranslate findings into concise briefs, presentations, and recommendations for leadership\nOutreach & Proposal Support\nExecute targeted outreach campaigns, including email communications and follow-ups\nDraft proposals, pitch materials, and customized outreach content informed by prospect research\nTrack outreach activities and engagement metrics within the CRM\nPartner Engagement & Events\nSupport engagement activities and communications for existing National Partners\nCoordinate onboarding for new National Partners\nUse engagement data to identify opportunities to strengthen partner relationships\nSupport planning and execution of events and sponsorships, including pre-event materials and on-site coordination as needed\nIdentify and research sponsorship prospects\nTeam Operations\nCoordinate team workflows, track priorities, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives\nPrepare briefing materials for leadership meetings and external engagements, and capture action items\nWHAT YOU WILL BRING\nMust have:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience\n1-3 years of relevant professional experience\nExceptional attention to detail and organizational skills\nStrong research and analytical capabilities, with a track record of turning data and research into actionable recommendations\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently\nAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, data cleanup) and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint\nExperience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), including building reports\nLet us know if you have:\nExperience in a nonprofit, membership-based, or professional services environment\nExposure to business development, sales, or partnership support functions\nExperience supporting senior leadership\nExperience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)\nFamiliarity with prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)\nExperience using AI tools to support research and analysis\nWHAT WE OFFER:\nAt BBB National Programs, we bring a growth mindset as we advance our mission and strive to foster trust, innovation, and competition in the marketplace, while cultivating a team of talented and engaged professionals who seek out new challenges and opportunities to catalyze our progress.
