# AI Native Support Engineer (m/w/d)

Jetzt wollen wir sie konsequent mit KI weiterentwickeln: Wiederkehrende Arbeit soll automatisiert werden, damit mehr Zeit für Projekte bleibt. Dafür suchen wir eine Person, die KI nicht nur kennt, sondern damit schon produktive Lösungen gebaut hat. Du beginnst bei uns im Level 2 Support und lernst dort unsere Systeme und Abläufe kennen. Dein Auftrag ist, genau diese Arbeit Schritt für Schritt mit KI-Agenten und Automatisierung abzulösen, zuerst im Support, danach in der ganzen IT. Deine Aufgaben in KI und Automatisierung Du erkennst, wo im Support und in der IT wiederkehrende Arbeit anfällt, und automatisierst sie mit KI-Agenten, Skripten und Self-Service-Lösungen. Du konzipierst, baust und betreibst KI-Lösungen eigenständig, vom ersten Prototyp bis zum produktiven Einsatz, inklusive Tests, Fehleranalyse und Dokumentation. Du bindest KI an unsere Systeme an, insbesondere an ServiceNow und Microsoft
