We are looking for a Retail Partnerships Manager to help bring these brands to life at retail through best-in-class campaigns, promotions and activations.\nWorking across retailers, licensees and internal marketing teams, you will identify opportunities to drive brand visibility and shopper engagement, securing and delivering retail marketing programs that support key product launches and business priorities.\nThis role sits at the intersection of retail, marketing and licensing, making it ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, connecting stakeholders and turning ideas into impactful retail campaigns.\nKey Responsibilities & Accountabilities\nRetail Partnerships & Opportunity Development\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners across ANZ.\nIdentify and secure retail campaign and promotional opportunities that support category growth and key product launches.\nPartner with retailers and licensees to develop compelling marketing activations and cross-promotional programs.\nAct as a key point of contact between retailers, licensees and internal stakeholders.\nSupport retailer engagement planning and contribute to the broader retail strategy.\nCampaign Development & Execution\nLead the end-to-end delivery of retail campaigns, promotions and activations.\nWork closely with the Brands & Marketing team to align retail programs with broader brand and marketing strategies.\nDevelop retailer presentations, campaign proposals and activation recommendations.\nCoordinate campaign assets, approvals and timelines across multiple stakeholders.\nEnsure all activity is delivered on time, on budget and in line with brand guidelines.\nRetail Planning & Reporting\nContribute to annual retail planning and activation calendars.\nMonitor retail activity, category trends and competitive programs.\nReview campaign performance and provide recommendations to optimise future activity.\nOversee campaign reporting and post-campaign evaluations.\nSupport the tracking and measurement of retail marketing initiatives against agreed objectives.\nActivations & Events\nSupport the planning and delivery of retail activations, promotional events and experiential programs.\nCoordinate retailer and licensee participation in key initiatives.\nRepresent BBC Studios at relevant retailer, industry and partner events.\nStakeholder Management\nFoster strong working relationships across retailers, licensees, agencies and internal teams.\nEnsure stakeholders remain aligned throughout campaign development and delivery.\nCollaborate closely with commercial, licensing and marketing teams to maximise opportunities.\nKnowledge, Skills & Experience\nYou are a collaborative and commercially minded marketer who enjoys building partnerships and bringing campaigns to life.\nYou thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.\n3-5 years' experience in retail marketing, shopper marketing, trade marketing, brand partnerships, licensing or consumer products.\nExperience working directly with retailers and delivering marketing campaigns or promotional programs.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.\nExcellent project management and organisational capabilities.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to analyse campaign performance and translate insights into actionable recommendations.\nStrong PowerPoint and Microsoft Office skills.\nExperience within licensing, entertainment,
