of at least one end-to-end operational IT workflow, including its purpose, requirements and agreed standards.\nAbility to monitor workflows and support structures, identifying and resolving issues or escalating appropriately when required.\nAbility to respond promptly to operational issues and initiate appropriate action to maintain service continuity.\nUnderstanding of stakeholder requirements, adapting to changing operational needs and priorities.\nAbility to prioritise workload under the guidance of senior colleagues and follow instructions effectively.\nStrong communication and administrative skills, including accurate logging of activities within the Remedy Ticketing System and effective communication with colleagues.\nAwareness and appreciation of health, safety and security requirements within the workplace.\n\nYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE\nESSENTIAL CRITERIA:\nStrong computer literacy, including Windows/macOS, common business applications, and a good understanding of IT hardware, software, and systems.\nExperience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting IT hardware, including desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic networking.\nStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, investigate, and resolve technical and system issues effectively.\nExperience supporting end users, including incident management, request fulfilment, ticketing systems, and appropriate escalation processes.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and effectively to non-technical users.\nEffective administrative and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and deliver under pressure.\nAbility to learn and adhere to organisational policies, health and safety standards, and relevant regulatory requirements, with a flexible approach to a wide range of duties.\nDESIRABLE:\nProblem solving methodologies.\nExperience in media and creative environments.\nExperience supporting audio-visual or media/broadcast equipment\nFamiliarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP,
