BB&E team members provide Environmental Consulting, Facilities Engineering, and Program/Project Management Services to the Federal and private sectors.\nPosition Summary\nBB&E is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team, supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Honolulu District (POH) Programs & Project Management Division (PPMD) with planning and project development support for an upcoming surge of FY27 projects. Work will be performed on-site at USACE Honolulu District facilities in Honolulu, HI, using Government-furnished computers. This position is contingent upon contract award, and there are two (2) openings.\nJob Duties & Responsibilities\nAssist PPMD in the planning and project development for each Program by coordinating projects and the Project Development Team (PDT) \nPrepare and maintain project management plans \nProvide cost tracking and documentation support \nCompile documentation for project site approval by the Government \nFacilitate communication between various stakeholders, ensuring proper identification as a contractor at all times \nProvide administrative and support duties as required \nKey Qualifications\nU.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain/maintain a NACI/CAC is required \nSoftware: High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Primavera P6 is required \nStrong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing \nSelf-Starter: Highly motivated, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines autonomously \nRequirements\nExperience: Fifteen (15) or more years of total relevant experience is required. In addition, a minimum of three (3) full years of experience in the construction industry performing project planning, program analysis, or project controls, of which one (1) year must be in a U.S. Government or DoD contracting environment, is required \nEducation: A Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, management, finance, engineering, architecture, or a related field is required; four (4) years of direct, relevant experience may be substituted for the degree \nPhysical Requirements and Work Environment\nThe physical demands and work environment may vary based on the position, assigned duties, and work location.
