We’re looking for someone who is comfortable initiating conversations, managing a large pipeline of contacts, and staying disciplined with follow-ups even when people don’t respond right away.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\nConduct high-volume outreach to entertainment industry representatives through email and social media.\nWrite polished outreach emails that are clear, professional, natural, and personalized when needed.\nFollow up consistently with contacts who have not responded and keep conversations moving over time.\nManage a large contact pipeline and make sure outreach, follow-ups, notes, and next steps are accurately tracked.\nUse HubSpot or similar CRM tools to organize contacts, tasks, follow-ups, communication history, and outreach progress.\nWork toward measurable goals around outreach volume, follow-ups, responses, verified updates, and relationship-building activity.\nBuild long-term industry relationships so representatives are more likely to respond, share updates, and view us as a reliable industry resource.\nThink creatively about outreach and develop new ways to improve response rates, keep relationships warm, and strengthen our network.\nWho We’re Looking For:\nExcellent written English —you’re comfortable writing professional messages and outreach emails with clarity and polish.
