This role partners closely with business, technology, and risk stakeholders to design and deploy predictive analytics and modeling solutions while ensuring outputs are explainable, responsible, and appropriate for a regulated insurance environment.\nHow You will Contribute:\nLead the development and delivery of data science and advanced analytics solutions supporting underwriting insight, operational performance, and risk management.\nTranslate business problems into scalable analytical use cases aligned with regulatory and risk expectations.\nOversee the design, validation, deployment, and monitoring of predictive models with appropriate documentation and controls.\nPartner with data governance and risk teams to ensure model explainability and compliance.\nBe a technical lead in a team of data scientists and analysts with clear priorities and performance standards.\nCommunicate insights clearly to non-technical leaders to support confident decision-making. \nSkills and Experience to be Successful:\nBachelor’s Degreen in Data Science, Engineering or related field.\n15+ years of progressive experience in data, analytics, engineering, or related fields.\nProven success building and scaling enterprise data platforms and modern data architectures.\nDeep expertise in data governance, data engineering, analytics enablement, and strong familiarity with AI/ML concepts.\nDemonstrated ability to operate in a fast-paced, outcomes-driven environment with a strong bias for action.\nStrong business acumen with a track record of enabling measurable business value through data.\nExperience in the insurance industry, including risk, and regulatory considerations. Preferred\nExceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.\nExperience driving organizational change and building data-driven cultures.\nStrong understanding of regulatory, ethical, and security considerations related to data and AI.\n Experience in the insurance industry, including risk, and regulatory considerations. Preferred\nMaster’s Degreen in Data Science, Engineering or related field.
