  • ЗП от 150 тыс. руб. - оклад и % от выполнения выручки, бонусы по KPI.

  • График 5/2 с 9-18, быть на связи;
  • Возможность развиваться и увеличивать доход.

Обязанности:

  • Контроль ключевых клиентов, развитие оптового направления (B2B) и розничной сети;

  • Активный поиск новых партнеров ;
  • Ответственность за финансовый результат филиала: маржинальность, издержки, выполнение планов. функционирования филиала, управление персоналом;
  • Найм сотрудников и их мотивация. Ты должен создать команду, которая не боится продавать;
  • Мониторинг конкурентов и ценовой политики в Хабаровске.
Требования:
  • Опыт управления филиалом/подразделением от 3-х лет ;

  • Навык «холодных» и «теплых» продаж. Умение вести переговоры с первыми лицами;

  • Желание работать в режиме «сделай сам» (hands-on management);

  • Активная жизненная позиция.
