You’ll help shape art direction, design engaging emails, and bring our brand world to life across multiple mediums.\nThis role sits at the center of our creative team. You’ll partner closely with the Head of Design to lead projects, elevate the work, mentor designers, and contribute to the standards, culture, and direction of the design team. It’s a hands-on role where your craft, curiosity, and attitude will have a real impact on the organization. We're looking for someone with taste, an opinion, and the confidence to say 'here's a better idea' and then make it.\nIf you want a long-term home where you can grow, push the work, and be part of a supportive, collaborative team, you’ll fit right in.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBreak down complex brand and digital briefs into structured, actionable plans in partnership with the channel owner and Head of Design\nLead art direction on campaigns from early concept to final delivery\nLead website design projects across UX and UI, from wireframes to handoff\nCreate bold, intuitive, brand-forward digital and print experiences\nBuild and maintain scalable design libraries\nPresent work clearly and confidently to internal teams\nCollaborate closely with developers for smooth handoff and production\nContribute to creative strategy, storytelling, and visual direction\nProvide guidance and feedback to junior/mid-weight designers and freelancers\nWhat we’re looking for\n5+ years of digital design experience in a creative studio or similar environment\nA portfolio that shows bold, effective work across email, web, and brand, ideally for DTC or lifestyle brands.\nA portfolio that shows strong typography design, and elevated brand sensibility\nHigh Proficiency Figma skills and comfort working inside complex components and systems\nHigh proficiency across Adobe CC; motion (After Effects or similar) is a big plus\nAn instinct for experimenting with new tools, techniques, and workflows in service of better, more inventive design\nA curiosity for AI tinkering and image generation\nExperience designing responsive interfaces and understanding accessibility best practices\nAbility to juggle multiple projects, stay organized, and deliver on deadlines\nSomeone who values communication, low ego, curiosity, and being part of a supportive team\nA designer who cares about craft - the pixels, the pacing, the storytelling, the details\nA long-term mindset: you want a home base, a crew, a place to grow\nNice to haves\nMotion, animation, micro-interaction design\nWriting instincts (conceptual thinking, naming, presentation decks)\nPrint production and supervision experience or interest\nPerks\nFully remote!
