This position offers a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days per week in the office.\nThe Assistant Account Manager plays an integral role in supporting one of the industry's leading Fine Art insurance teams. Working alongside experienced brokers and client advisors, the assistant account manager will help support team members so we can continue to deliver exceptional service to museums, galleries, collectors, artist studios and foundations among other fine art clientele. The contributions of this role will have a direct impact on both our team's success and our clients' experience.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nPrepare and issue certificates of insurance, file completed documents, and update master templates in the data management system.\nProvide accounting support by preparing billing forms, generating and sending invoices, responding to accounting questions, and assisting Account Managers with aged receivables.\nMaintain accurate records in Applied Epic, including filing correspondence and policy documents, processing renewals and endorsements, and preparing surplus lines calculations and affidavits.\nMaintain the team’s resource database, including industry contacts, carrier appetites, benchmarking summaries, representative client lists, team contact information, submission templates, and claims reports.\nSupport the new business team on marketing schedules, quoting and binding status, and placement\nReconcile and maintain collection schedules.\nPrepare and distribute weekly expiration and book-of-business reports, along with additional reports as needed throughout the year.\nAdd new prospects to Salesforce, update opportunities, and maintain dashboards for Fine Art leaders.\nAttend weekly team meetings and record and distribute meeting notes.\nMaintain the Fine Art team calendar and external contact cards.\nProvide IT coordination and general operational support for the team.\nOther assistant needs as assigned by team leaders.\nLicenses & Certifications:\nValid Property & Casualty broker’s license preferred; candidates must be able to obtain the license within 90 days of hire.\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nTwo or more years of client management or administrative support experience.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.\nExperience with the Applied Epic data management system preferred.\nAbility to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.\nSuperior organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, triage requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\nPay Range\n$31.00 - $31.25 HourlyThe pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
