Assistmembersmaking payments, setting up recurring payments, or getting to the sales department if they are interested in a new policy or a new level term product.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nMailing out reminder and lapse letters intimelyfrom the system.\n\nConsistently meet expectationsof at least 50 outbound calls per day.\n\nReview retention reports daily to see where numbers are and where focus needs to be.\n\nWork through assigned tasks of unpaid accounts.\n\nAssiston payment line to ensure these calls are taken timelyfor members that are ready to pay.\n\nWork all credit card expiring tasks as well as EFT failed accounts.\n\nAcquireand maintainknowledge of Affinity life and health plans offered.\n\nSelf-motivated to meet goals and keep bill count and premium on the books.\n\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nMinimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).\n\n2+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the insurance industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nProficient PC skills and ability to learn new software programs.\n\nActive Illinois insurance license or the ability to become licensed within 90 daysof hire.\n\nPay Range\n17.50/hr. plus commission, merit eligible. - 17.50/hr. plus commission, merit eligible.
