This role helps ensure Microsoft 365 and related workplace platforms remain stable, secure, and aligned with business needs.\nCollaboration and Support: The Sr. Cloud Engineer works closely with infrastructure teams, profit centers, the Service Desk, and Level 2 Microsoft 365 support staff augmentation to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery.\nTechnical Leadership: Serving as a subject matter expert, this role contributes to enterprise workplace and collaboration projects, providestechnical guidance for new solutions, and supports planning and implementation activities. The position works under the direction of senior leadership and reports to the M365 Cloud Services Manager.\nHow You Will Contribute:\nAdminister and configure Microsoft 365 and Entra ID services, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, MFA, SSO, and related collaboration technologies.\n\nResolve Level III incidents and service requests through ServiceNow.\n\nProvide subject matter expertisefor Exchange Online administration, support, and troubleshooting.\n\nAssess technical needs, document requirements, and support the design of Microsoft 365 solutions.\n\nSupport the evaluation, administration, and responsible adoption of AI productivity tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Claude, to strengthen collaboration, automation, knowledge management, and operational efficiency.\n\nPrepare and deliver monthly cloud operations metrics.\n\nEvaluate, test, and apply critical updates on a regular basis.\n\nIntegrate new solutionsinto the existing infrastructure and support deployments that meet business and technical requirements.\n\nAssess current technologies, tools, and services, and recommend improvements based on security, compliance, financial, and operational considerations.\n\nDevelop troubleshooting guidance and operational documentation for support teams.\n\nSupport audit activities by providing required operational evidence and documentation.\n\nAssistwith cybersecurity investigations as required.\n\nSkills & Experience to be Successful:\nRequired\nFive or more years of Microsoft 365 cloud engineering experience, including subject matter expertisein Microsoft 365 messaging and Teams.\n\nCommitment to delivering high-quality service and customer-focused results.\n\nExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\n\nAbility to travel occasionally, up to 10%.\n\nPreferred\nBachelor's or master'sdegree in information systems, computer science, business administration, or related field.\n\nMicrosoft certifications.\n\nTeammate Benefits & Total Well-Being\nWe go beyond standard benefits, focusing on the total well-being of our teammates, including:\nHealth Benefits: Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance \nFinancial Benefits: ESPP; 401k; Student Loan Assistance; Tuition Reimbursement \nMental Health & Wellness: Free Mental Health & Enhanced Advocacy Services\nBeyond Benefits: Paid Time Off, Holidays, Preferred Partner Discounts and more. \nNot reflective of all benefits.
