Responsabilidades Analizar requerimientos y diseñar soluciones de arquitectura para nuevos desarrollos, integraciones y evoluciones de las plataformas de Contact Center. Analizar código, documentación técnica y casos de uso, identificando alternativas y proponiendo soluciones escalables, seguras y mantenibles. Diseñar y acompañar integraciones entre plataformas y sistemas mediante APIs
