global footprint to drive client value, recurring revenues and deeper relationships.\nAbout the job:\nWe are looking for a senior Cash Management professional with 10/ 15 years of experience within leading international banks, combining strong product expertise with a proven commercial track record in the UK Corporate market.\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling BBVA's local Cash Management franchise in the UK while continuing to accelerate Inbound and Outbound business across BBVA's global network.\nThe role requires deep expertise across Payments, Collections, Liquidity Management and Connectivity, together with strong client relationships, product development experience, commercial leadership and the ability to operate effectively across a complex international organization.\nRole profile:\nInternational Banking Experience:\nMinimum 15 years of experience in Cash Management / Transaction Banking within a leading international bank.\nStrong understanding of the UK Corporate and Transaction Banking market.\nExperience working within international and matrix organizations.\nStrong network across UK Corporates, Treasury Centers and the broader treasury ecosystem.\nCash Management Product Expertise:\nDeep knowledge of Accounts, Payments, Collections and Liquidity Management.\nStrong understanding of UK payment infrastructure, including Faster Payments, CHAPS and Bacs.\nExperience with connectivity solutions including APIs, Host-to-Host, SWIFT and ERP/TMS integration.\nKnowledge of international liquidity solutions, including Cash Pooling, cross-border liquidity and intercompany payments.\nExperience identifying product gaps and working with Product and Engineering teams to develop new capabilities.\nCommercial & Client Coverage:\nProven track record in selling sophisticated Cash Management solutions to Corporate and Institutional clients.\nAbility to engage credibly with CFOs, Group Treasurers, Treasury Centers and senior finance executives.\nExperience leading RFPs and complex regional/global Cash Management mandates.\nStrong capabilities in pipeline management, pricing, negotiation and conversion.\nJob description:\nDefine and execute the UK Cash Management Strategic Plan.\nBuild and lead the local CM team.\nDefine the target coverage model and client segmentation.\nEstablish commercial targets and KPIs.\nCoordinate closely with CIB Bankers and embed CM into their commercial routines.\nRepresent UK within the Global Cash Management organization.\nCoordinate Product, Implementation, Client Service, Operations, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Risk and Finance.\nDrive the development of the local product proposition.\nIdentify
