From enterprise technology implementations to cross-functional business transformation initiatives, you’ll guide projects from planning through implementation, ensuring they deliver on their objectives, timelines and budgets.\nWorking closely with business and technology leaders, project sponsors, vendors and cross-functional teams, you’ll navigate competing priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and turn complex challenges into practical solutions. If you’re an experienced project leader who thrives on bringing clarity to complexity and delivering meaningful business outcomes, this is an opportunity to make a difference.\nThe Role\nReporting to the Director, Portfolio Planning and Execution, you contribute value through key areas of oversight such as:\nLeading complex, cross-functional IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure, ensuring alignment with business priorities, agreed scope, schedules, budgets and expected outcomes;\nDefining project objectives, deliverables, success measures and delivery plans in collaboration with business stakeholders, project sponsors and technology leaders;\nEstablishing and managing project governance, including Steering Committee meetings, status reporting, decision-making, escalations and stakeholder communications;\nBuilding strong relationships across business and technology teams, facilitating discussions and resolving competing priorities to maintain alignment and momentum;\nDeveloping and maintaining integrated project plans, managing resources, risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and scope changes throughout the project lifecycle;\nManaging project financial performance by monitoring actual and forecasted expenditures, analyzing budget variances, identifying financial risks and implementing corrective actions;\nLeading change management activities to support stakeholder readiness, adoption and successful transitions to new systems, processes and ways of working;\nTranslating business needs into project requirements and technology solutions, advising stakeholders on priorities, sequencing, dependencies and delivery considerations;\nPartnering with Procurement & Supply Chain on technology sourcing activities, including RFP/RFI development, requirements definition, vendor evaluation and selection;\nCoordinating interdependencies across projects, applications, business processes and technology services to manage impacts and support successful delivery across the IT portfolio;\nProviding project team leadership, fostering collaboration and accountability among internal teams, vendors and other project resources;\nConducting post-implementation reviews, capturing lessons learned and applying project management best practices to strengthen future delivery;\nWhat you bring to the team\nA bachelor’s or associate degree in Business, Computer Science or a related discipline\n10-12 years of progressive project management experience, including leading complex business and technology projects through the full project lifecycle\nAt least 2-4 years of experience managing large-scale technology or capital projects with budgets exceeding $2 million, including enterprise application or cloud-based technology implementations\nExperience with enterprise platforms and integration technologies, such as Oracle Fusion, Oracle Integration Cloud, Azure Integration Services, UKG Workforce Management, Maximo Application Suite or comparable solutions\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, risk management and change control, with the ability to apply established practices to complex initiative\nDemonstrated expertise in project financial management, including budget forecasting, expenditure tracking, variance analysis and financial reporting\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority and guide diverse teams toward shared decisions\nProficiency with project planning and collaboration tools, including MS Project, Jira and related project management and reporting applications\nA project management certification is an asset\nWhat we offer\nThis is a regular full-time position with a target salary range of $132,600 - $165,700 per annum.
