In this role, you will partner with the Service Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, support operational excellence, and help drive business performance. You’re energized by building high-performing teams, driving results, and creating a safe, engaging workplace where people can do their best work.\nWhat You'll Do\nPartner with the Service Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an Auto Service Centre.\nCoach, develop, and motivate a high-performing team while fostering an engaged and positive workplace culture.\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, performance management, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.\nChampion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, leading safety meetings, and promoting safe work practices.\nDeliver an exceptional customer experience by managing workflow, addressing customer concerns, supporting service standards, and resolving escalations.\nHelp drive achievement of revenue, productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.\nSupport execution of business plans, budgets, marketing initiatives, and operational priorities.\nEnsure compliance with operational, audit, cash handling, and risk management requirements.\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen BCAA's presence in the community and support corporate and local initiatives.\nStep into a Service Advisor role when required by greeting customers, preparing estimates, scheduling appointments, recommending repairs and maintenance, and coordinating communication between customers and technicians.\nMaintain knowledge of automotive industry trends, products, systems, and BCAA services to support both team and customer success.\nWhat You'll Bring\nHigh school diploma and/or post-secondary education in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry.\n2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive environment.\nProven ability to lead teams and achieve sales, productivity, and customer experience goals.\nStrong coaching, performance management, and team development skills.\nExcellent customer service, relationship-building, and conflict resolution abilities.\nDemonstrated analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProven ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nA commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nThe salary range for this position is $78,500 to $83,000 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.
