Through coaching and mentorship from experienced Finance professionals, you will apply your classroom learning in real-world situations, build your FP&Aknowledgeand develop practical analytical and communication skills.\nWho you are:\nYou are curious and eager to learn, ask thoughtfulquestionsand take on new challenges.\n\nYou enjoy working with numbers and turning financial data into clear insights and presentations.\n\nYou are detail-oriented and committed to producingaccurate, complete work.\n\nYou communicate clearly in writing,presentationsand everyday team discussions.\n\nYou are organized, can prioritize multipletasksand work independently when needed.\n\nYou are collaborative and interested in learning how Finance partners with teams across an organization.\n\nYou are open tonew technologyand interested in improving processes through automation and responsible use of AI.\n\nWhatyou’lldo:\nPartner with Senior Financial Analysts to interpret financial data and develop insights that support business decision-making.\n\nPerform financial and strategic analysis, including actual-to-budget comparisons, KPIanalysisand trend analysis.\n\nUse financial systems and tools to extract,analyzeand interpret data for reporting and analysis.\n\nSupport data validation and reconciliation activities to help ensure financial information isaccurateand complete.\n\nPresent your work clearly and effectively through written analysis, formalpresentationsand day-to-day team discussions.\n\nContribute to process improvement,automationand efficiency initiatives, including the use of AI whereappropriate.\n\nCollaborate with Accounting, FinanceOperationsand other internal teams to gain exposure to end-to-end finance processes.\n\nComplete other related tasks andprojects asassigned.\n\nWhat you bring:\nCurrent enrolment in an undergraduate program with a concentration in commerce, business administration,financeor a related field.\n\nUp to one year of relevant experience or exposure in finance or accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\nAn interest in financial modelling, analysis and turning data into useful insights and presentations.\n\nExposure to Excel, Word,PowerPointor other financial analysis software is an asset.\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize yourtimeand work independently whenrequired.\n\nClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and clarify instructions,questionsand expectations.\n\nStrong attention to detail anda commitmentto accuracy.\n\nA willingness to learn, ask questions and approach unfamiliar tasks with curiosity.\n\nThe salary range for this position is $25.70/hour to $32.12/hour andis determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.
