This is a fully remote work from home opportunity with a contract ending September 30, 2027.\nAs a Member Services Specialist, you'll play an important role in creating positive member experiences by solving problems, answering questions, and helping members navigate everything from account issues and bookings to claims-related support.\nThis is more than a traditional customer service role. If you're someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and loves finding solutions, we'd love to hear from you.\nWho You Are\nYou genuinely enjoy helping people and creating great experiences.\nYou're calm under pressure and can confidently handle challenging conversations.\nYou lead with empathy, curiosity, and a solutions-focused mindset.\nYou're organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.\nYou enjoy figuring things out and finding practical solutions to complex issues.\nYou're a strong communicator who can build trust with members, vendors, and teammates.\nYou're comfortable working independently while staying connected to a collaborative team.\nYou embrace change and enjoy being part of a growing, evolving business.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport members across phone, email, chat, and other communication channels.\nHelp resolve member questions, concerns, and account-related issues with care and efficiency.\nTake ownership of escalated situations and work toward positive outcomes for both members and the business.\nSupport day-to-day operational activities including billing, registrations, reimbursements, open rentals, reporting, and account maintenance.\nAssist with claims-related processes, including reviewing incident information, communicating with members, and supporting administrative follow-up.\nPartner with internal teams including Fleet, Claims, Operations, and Member Experience to resolve issues and improve service delivery.\nSupport vendors and external partners when needed.\nContribute ideas and feedback that improve processes and enhance the member experience.\nAssist with special projects, campaigns, and initiatives that support Evo's growth and success.\nHelp ensure every member interaction reflects the Evo brand and experience.\nWhat You Bring\nAt least 2 years of experience in customer service, member support, contact centres, or similar service-focused environments.\nA passion for delivering exceptional service and building positive relationships.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience handling complex customer situations with professionalism and sound judgment.\nExcellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.\nStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.\nThe ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.\nExperience using CRM systems and other customer support tools.\nA typing speed of at least 40 WPM.\nKnowledge of the Greater Vancouver area is considered an asset.\nFlexibility to support a business that operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.\nThe hourly rate range for this position is $24.82 to $31.03 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 5%, with the opportunity to earn up to 9%.\nShape your future with us.
