The team operates like a corporate startup within BCAA’s Strategic Ventures team, combining the support of a large not-for-profit organization with the entrepreneurship, speed and innovation needed to compete in a growing industry.\nYou’ll balance immediate operational needs with long-term product planning, using customer insights, business data and industry trends to translate opportunities into valuable product features, platform improvements and fleet requirements.\nWho you are\nYou’re a strategic and hands-on product professional who can move confidently between long-term roadmap planning and immediate operational priorities.\nYou turn customer feedback, business needs and data into clear product requirements and actionable recommendations.\nYou’re comfortable working across internal teams and third-party technology providers to move complex technical initiatives forward.\nYou bring structure to competing priorities while remaining adaptable when business needs or opportunities change.\nYou communicate clearly, pay close attention to detail and build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.\nYou’re collaborative, data-oriented and committed to maintaining product best practices and strategic focus.\nWhat you’ll do\nOwn and maintain the Evolve product roadmap, balancing immediate priorities with longer-term business objectives.\nBuild a structured approach for capturing, documenting and prioritizing prospective features and functionality.\nCommunicate product priorities, timelines and changes across cross-functional teams.\nTranslate business needs, customer insights and operational opportunities into detailed product requirements.\nDevelop business cases that demonstrate the expected customer, operational and financial value of proposed investments.\nConduct discovery with third-party SaaS providers and internal teams to understand complexity, resource requirements and implementation timelines.\nPartner with product designers to incorporate user experience and product-design best practices.\nMonitor platform performance, customer experience and operational data to identify issues and improvement opportunities.\nInvestigate root causes and develop practical, evidence-based recommendations.\nMaintain awareness of third-party vendor roadmaps and influence vendor priorities based on Evolve’s product needs.\nAssess potential technology providers and alternatives to help Evolve remain competitive.\nOwn end-to-end platform configuration initiatives, including requirements, tools and project plans.\nOversee the successful delivery of product configurations and roadmap initiatives. \nWhat you bring\nAt least three years of product management or business analysis experience working on technical projects.\nA certificate in business, marketing, technology or another relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nExperience owning and maintaining a product roadmap.\nExperience developing product requirements using customer and business insights, data and industry best practices.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nProven attention to detail.\nThe ability to turn data and information into meaningful insights and recommendations.\nA collaborative approach, with the ability to uphold strategic priorities and product best practices.\nExperience with SQL or Power BI; familiarity with Jira is an asset.\nBonus qualifications\nA degree in business, marketing, technology or a related field.\nA product management certification.\nThe salary range for this position is $97,300 to $115,000 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity.
