You'll own reports and dbt models end-to-end, from source to dashboard, and help move our reporting onto Omni. We run AI-heavy workflows, which means less time on repetitive coding and more time directing and reviewing work, and collaborating on problems that need thinking through.\nStack: BigQuery (GCP), dbt, Omni, n8n, git.\nWhat you'll do\nBuild and maintain dbt models and Omni dashboards\nTake loosely defined requests from business teams, work out what they actually need, and deliver it\nInvestigate data issues down to the root cause and fix them at the source\nWrite tests and documentation so others can trust your numbers\nUpdate and deliver regulatory reports\nMust have\nHands-on experience with Omni\n2+ years in an analytics/data role within a Modern Data Stack\nHands-on SQL, dbt, and git\nAbout you\nMeticulous with numbers: you check your own work, and when something looks off, you can’t leave it alone until you know why\nComfortable using AI to streamline work\nYou can explain a technical data problem to a non-technical colleague\nComfortable with ambiguity and operating in a small team\nCan commute to our London office 1-2 days per week\nBonus points for\nA degree in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Maths, Computer Science)\nPython or other programming languages\nn8n or other low-code automation\nPayments, banking, fintech or crypto domain knowledge\nExperience with regulatory or financial reporting\nBasic statistics\nInterview Process\nFollowing an initial screening call with one of our People Team, you can expect 3 interview stages:\na technical and behavioural conversation with the Head of Data including live SQL\na session with stakeholders from the teams you would work with\na final, onsite interview with the Head of Data and Chief Technology Officer\nWhat's in it for you\nSalary range: £40,000 -
