Compliance\nIdentify, assess, and manage information security and cybersecurity risks.\nMaintain and monitor the local risk register and remediation plans.\nSupport security reviews for new technologies, business initiatives, and third-party services.\nCoordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of findings and corrective actions.\nEnsure compliance with corporate policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations.\nIncident Response & Security Operations\nLead local coordination of information security incidents.\nConduct initial incident investigations and collaborate with regional and global security teams.\nMonitor security alerts, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.\nSupport vulnerability management and remediation efforts.\nFacilitate incident response exercises and security testing activities.\nSecurity Awareness & Third-Party Risk\nDevelop and deliver security awareness and training programs.\nPromote a strong security culture across the organization.\nAssess and monitor security risks associated with vendors and business partners.\nParticipate in security due diligence and third-party risk assessments.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in Information Security or Cybersecurity.\n3+ years of experience leading security programs, initiatives, or teams.\nExperience in cyber risk management, compliance, audits, and security governance.\nExperience coordinating or supporting security incident investigations.\nStrong understanding of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls, or COBIT.\nAdvanced English proficiency (written and verbal).\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\nProfessional certifications such as:CISSP\nCISM\nCISA\nCRISC\nISO 27001 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer\nSecurity+\nMicrosoft Security Certifications\n\nTechnical Knowledge\nExperience in one or more of the following areas:\nMicrosoft Entra ID / Active Directory\nIdentity & Access Management (IAM)\nMulti-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access\nSecurity Information and Event Management (SIEM)\nEndpoint Detection & Response (EDR)\nVulnerability Management\nCloud Security\nNetwork Security\nIncident Response\nThird-Party Risk Management\nWhat Success Looks Like\nStrong ability to balance strategic planning with operational execution.\nExcellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.\nCapability to translate technical risks into business decisions.\nProven experience working
