This position will act as a trusted security advisor and thought leader, working with business, engineering, cloud, infrastructure, and product teams to identify risk and apply secure-by-design principles. The role will evaluate solution architectures, define security requirements and patterns, support threat modelling, and recommend short- and long-term security improvements to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company systems and data.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign and maintain secure architecture patterns and standards aligned with business and technology objectives\nEvaluate and implement methods to continually improve security and assist business with reducing risks\nBe familiar with the security requirements and controls needed to maintain the business operations\nIdentify and communicate threats and vulnerabilities that could impact business operations\nAssess, document, and communicate risks in context with business operations\nIdentify, classify, and respond to threats using industry leading practices and in accordance with data classification\nAnalyze metrics and report trends and opportunities for improvement\nCreate, review, approve, and maintain content for information security documentation \nManage human resources including hiring, coaching, scheduling, terminating, training, motivating, recognizing achievements, and evaluating performance\nUtilize training and coaching opportunities with personnel to ensure capabilities to perform and achieve Security program goals\nWhat You'll Bring\nMaster’s degree in cyber security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience\nExtensive experience in information/cyber security, including significant experience in security or solution architecture\nStrong knowledge of enterprise security architecture, secure-by-design principles, risk management, and security controls\nIndustry certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, CISM, CISA, SABSA, TOGAF, OSCP or CREST are highly desirable\nPractical experience across AWS, Azure and/or GCP, including container platforms such as Kubernetes and OpenShift\nStrong understanding of networking, Linux/Unix, IAM, PKI, encryption, APIs and application security\nExperience with Secure SDLC, OWASP, CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps and security automation\nKnowledge of API security, penetration testing principles, vulnerability management, and attack techniques\nUnderstanding of emerging technologies including AI, Agentic AI, MCP, AI security and automation, with scripting knowledge such as Python advantageous\nDemonstrable experience conducting threat modelling, architecture risk assessments and security design reviews\nWhy you’ll love working here\nJoin a global industry leader where curiosity drives innovation, growth is continuous, and every voice matters.
