As the Operations Supervisor you will also be the primary point of contact for the team members and actively coach and develop the team to meet and exceed all performance targets. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in corporate travel operations, with a proven ability to coach, develop, and motivate high-performing teams in a virtual environment.\nAs a Supervisor Operations, you will\nProvide leadership to a team of travel consultants\n\nCollaborate with performance data to maximize the effectiveness of the team\n\nDevelop learning programs for closing own short- and long-term competency gaps\n\nProvide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties\n\nMaintain knowledge of necessary regulations (DOT, TSA, passports, visas, etc.)\n\nMonitor global distribution systems (GDS) queues daily to maintain quality control\n\nAbout you\nExtensive experience in the corporate travel management industry\n\nYou have relevant supervising experience\n\nAdvanced skills on GDS Sabre and SAP Concur Travel\n\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English\nPrior experience supporting life sciences or pharmaceutical clients and familiarity with global travel operations are preferred\nWhat we offer you\nAt BCD Travel, we work with highly motivated and passionate people. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Supervisor Operations is between $60,000 and $75,000.
