The BA will also be responsible for conducting large scale data analysis to identify data enrichment opportunities and data quality improvements. The person will work with development teams to translate data needs assessments into functional requirements and monitor progress thru the development lifecycle.\nWhat You'll Do\nCollaborate with business units to understand their data needs\nConduct data needs assessments and data analysis to understand data patterns, data quality issues and data enrichment opportunities\nFacilitate calls and meetings with development teams to review and refine functional requirements for development\nDevelop processes and dashboards to monitor data quality and quality trending metrics\nHighlight quality issues to stakeholders and ensure the integrity of the data.
