The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the business to drive learning excellence and promote a culture of continuous development.\nAs a Training Specialist, you will\nDeliver engaging instructor-led training on business travel operations, systems, products, and soft skills.\nCoordinate training schedules, course registrations, attendance tracking, and learning communications.\nFacilitate onboarding and new hire training programs, including ongoing mentoring and support.\nMaintain and administer the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee training records.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and develop learning solutions.\nCreate, update, and maintain training content, job aids, and learning materials.\nAnalyze training feedback, learning data, and performance metrics to improve training effectiveness.\nManage learning and development projects, ensuring milestones and timelines are achieved.\nSupport employee development initiatives by identifying skills gaps and recommending learning programs.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and learning governance standards.\nAbout You\nMinimum 5 years of experience in training delivery, learning and development, or facilitation roles.\nDemonstrated ability to facilitate both technical and soft-skills training programs.\nStrong knowledge of business travel operations, travel systems, and industry processes.\nExperience administering Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training records.\nExcellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful reports.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.\nSelf-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nFluent in business English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.\nExperience working in a global organization or travel management company is highly preferred.\nWhy you’ll love working here\nJoin a global industry leader where curiosity drives innovation, growth is continuous, and every voice matters.
