We are looking for a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong backend expertise to design and build scalable microservices-based systems. The role is heavily focused on Java backend development, with working knowledge of React.js for frontend contributions.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, and microservices.
- Architect and implement high-performance distributed systems.
- Build and integrate REST/GraphQL/gRPC APIs.
- Contribute to frontend development using React.js .
- Work with relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
- Implement event-driven systems using Kafka / RabbitMQ.
- Deploy and manage applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Collaborate with DevOps on AWS / GCP / Azure cloud environments.
- Drive code quality, performance optimization, and system reliability.
Requirements:
- Backend-heavy full-stack developer with React exposure (not frontend-heavy).
- Experience in product startups/scalable systems.
- Strong ownership, architecture mindset, and problem-solving ability.
Must-Have Skills (crisp as you prefer):
- Strong expertise in Java + Spring Boot (Microservices).
- Experience with APIs and distributed systems (REST/GraphQL/gRPC).
- Working knowledge of React.js + Containers (Docker/K8s/OpenShift).
Good to Have:
- Experience with event-driven architecture (Kafka/RabbitMQ).
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of system design and scalability.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines.
