software and BI projects.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs and SLAs to measure team and solution performance.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.\n15+ years of progressive experience in software application development and business intelligence.\nProven leadership experience managing technical teams in application development and BI delivery.\nExpertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar.\nExperience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and data modeling.\nSolid understanding of database technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, etc. ) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nExperience managing budgets, vendor contracts, and project portfolios.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nCertifications in project management (PMP, Scrum Master) or BI platforms.\nExperience with big data technologies and advanced analytics.\nSkills\nBI, DWH,
