Summary:\n\nBCforward is hiring a Senior SRE / Service Delivery Lead to manage critical production environments and provide technical and operational leadership for a 24x7 offshore SRE team.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n- Lead P1/P2 incident management and act as Technical Incident Commander.\n\n- Provide hands-on support for AWS, Kubernetes, Splunk, Terraform and CI/CD.\n\n- Manage production troubleshooting, monitoring, RCA, problem management and automation.\n\n- Manage ServiceNow incidents, problems, changes, knowledge and SLA/KPI tracking.\n\n- Lead offshore teams, shift coverage, workload allocation, mentoring and cross-training.\n\n- Drive knowledge transfer, runbooks, SOPs and continuous improvement.\n\n- Coordinate with US leadership, architects, technical teams and vendors.\n\n- Ensure high availability, reliability, security and operational excellence.\n\nTech Stack & Requirements:\n\n- 8+ years in SRE / DevOps / Cloud / Platform / Production Support.\n\n- 3+ years technical leadership/service delivery experience.\n\n- Strong hands-on AWS + Kubernetes.\n\n- Splunk / Splunk Observability.\n\n- Terraform / IaC.\n\n- CI/CD, containers and microservices.\n\n- ServiceNow + ITIL.\n\n- Strong RCA, SLA/KPI and Incident Management experience.\n\n- Experience managing 24x7 production support and offshore teams.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\n- AWS, CKA/CKAD, Splunk, ServiceNow, Terraform or ITIL certifications.\n\n- Healthcare/pharma or regulated-environment experience is a
