timelines.\nExperience hiring across key domains such as BFSI, Retail, and Pharma will be critical to success in this role.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nManage the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.\nWork extensively on Direct Client, MSP, and VMS requirements, ensuring timely and quality submissions.\nSource candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.\nConduct in-depth screening to evaluate candidates technical expertise, communication skills, visa status, and domain alignment.\nCollaborate with account managers and hiring managers to understand role requirements across BFSI, Retail, and Pharma domains.\nEnsure quick turnaround time (TAT) and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.\nManage rate negotiations, offer discussions, and onboarding coordination.\nMaintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).\nStay updated on US staffing trends, visa types (H1B, OPT, GC, USC), and compliance requirements.\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nMinimum 4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment / Staffing.\nMandatory experience working with Direct Clients, MSP, and VMS models.\nStrong experience recruiting for BFSI.\nSolid understanding of IT technologies and technical roles (Developers, Data Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, QA, etc.).\nHands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder.\nStrong knowledge of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).\nMandatory experience working with ATS tools such as Bullhorn, JobDiva, Ceipal, or similar platforms.\nProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding submission and placement targets.\nExcellent communication,
