As a division of the Boston Consulting Group, we combine strategic insight, human ingenuity, and creative expression to build brands, mobilize organizations, and inspire people to drive meaningful transformation.\nLocated in the vibrant centers of the Middle East, our BrightHouse team collaborates with visionary organizations to harness the power of purpose in a rapidly evolving market.\nJoin our Dubai team as a CREATIVE INTERNfor a minimum of 12 weeks, working at the intersection of strategy and design to craft bold ideas, striking visuals, and stories that move people and transform organisations.\nRESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE\nAs a creative Intern you will support our work while closely collaborating with our teams and taking on own project responsibilities\nConcepting bold ideas that have the power to drive impact and change organisations\nDeveloping conceptual, visual solutions for complex strategic and business problems\nCollaborating with and translating insights from our strategy teams into compelling creative work\nUsing AI tools (MidJourney, Runway, ChatGPT, and similar) as an integrated part of your creative workflow to produce AI-generated image and video content as part of concepting and storytelling\nCreating compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell our clients' stories with clarity and craft\nWorking with editable mockup templates and ad-like objects to visualise ideas\nBeing open to creative direction and embracing the team's ability to plus an idea and elevate the final output\nQUALIFICATIONS\nWe’re looking for a recent graduate or enthusiastic student (at least in second year of bachelor studies, master's students preferred) who brings:\nA degree or current studies in design, brand, advertising, or a related creative field\nA publicly accessible portfolio that shows your range and curiosity\nA genuine passion for AI-powered creative tools, with hands-on experience in AI video and image production\nProficiency in Adobe CC: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; AfterEffects, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro are a strong plus\nStrong PowerPoint skills, as we use it as a core creative medium, not just a presentation tool\nA playful, experimental mindset and someone who treats new tools as creative opportunities\nAbility to work both independently and as a true team player across multiple projects\nThe right balance of flexibility, professionalism, and work ethic for a fast-paced consulting environment\nFluent English language skills as well as native Arabic language fluency strongly preferred\nA cover letter telling us why BCG BrightHouse excites you and how your skills align with our work.
