You should have experience in financial accounting and reporting, reconciliations, month end close, external and internal audit processes and accounting systems. This role is set as temporary for 4-6 Months and is an amazing opportunity to be part of a Global organization, leader and pioneer in business strategy across geographies.\nThis role is set as temporary through the end of March 2027 and is an amazing opportunity to be part of a Global organization, leader and pioneer in business strategy across geographies.\nAccounting\nSupport day-to-day accounting operations, including accurate expense recording and review, invoice processing in SAP, general ledger maintenance, month-end accruals, revaluations, and other financial activities in compliance with Mexico GAAP and BCG internal standards.\nReconcile and maintain assigned balance sheet and expense accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.\nLeverage system reports and queries to retrieve data for addressing inquiries and resolving accounting issues.\nRespond to internal and external audit requests concerning accounting transactions, payments, and related processes in a timely and accurate manner.\nAssist with financial reporting obligations to external government authorities, as required\nAccounts payable\nSupport ongoing Accounts Payable activities, ensuring that all invoices comply with local tax regulations and internal accounting policies. Schedule timely payments, coordinate the collection of payment supplements, and liaise with the Support Services team to ensure alignment on the AP process.\nReconcile Amex cards and coordinate with responsible individuals to obtain necessary invoice documentation, approvals, and invoices.\nAssist on weekly payment batch preparation, including expense reimbursement process.\nReconcile bank accounts and any open item related to employee reimbursements.\nAssist vendors and internal staff with all questions concerning onboarding process, supplier database maintenance and related matters in Coupa.\nWhat You'll Bring\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred), with demonstrated experience and strong interest in core accounting principles.\nMinimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within a professional services or multinational firm.\nFluency in English, both written and spoken.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills (e.g., ability to design, enhance, and manage spreadsheets and data models).\nSound judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative working style.\nExperience with SAP is required.\nFamiliarity with the Coupa platform is a plus.\nAdditional info\nFormat Information:\nAt BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
