We work in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Practice Area Coordinator (PAC) within BCG's People and Organization Practice Area (PA), you will execute and coordinate business operational support for PA tasks for the Asia Pacific region as well as globally, working as part of the POP PA Management Team and directly supporting the Practice Area's Leadership. In your role, you will create commercial updates, conduct revenue and pipeline analysis, support people affiliation and related initiatives, drive leadership updates such as newsletters, support the planning and operations for internal SATT events/client roundtables, and help manage leadership events and calls.\nYou will also plan, coordinate, and execute internal PA meetings, from invitation management through to agenda coordination, tracking and logistical support, as well as expense and budget management.
