You will own the end-to-end configuration strategy and execution, ensuring the system is designed, built, and deployed in alignment with the global operating model.\nThis is a hands-on role requiring deep SAP Fieldglass expertise. You will act as the internal design authority, partner closely with implementation partner, Product analyst and cross functional teams to ensure technical rigor across configuration build, testing, and deployment phases.\nYou will balance strategic oversight with detailed configuration execution to ensure scalability, compliance, and long-term sustainability of the solution. Also, you will act as the Fieldglass reporting expert within our team and ensure reporting standards and knowledge are maintained to a high degree while also delivering ongoing reporting support to our end users\nAmong your responsibilities, you will:\nLead global configuration design for SAP Fieldglass, including:\nWorkflows and approval chains\nBusiness rules and compliance controls\nRate structures and complex pricing models\nSOW and milestone billing configurations\nSecurity model and role-based access design\nEstablish configuration standards and governance processes\nServe as primary technical counterpart to system integrators and external partners\nValidate and challenge solution designs to ensure scalability and alignment with business objectives\nOversee integration design and validation with Workday, SAP S4HANA, Coupa, and other systems\nLead configuration build reviews and technical quality assurance\nManage quarterly SAP Fieldglass release assessments and regression strategy during implementation\nIdentify risks related to data, compliance, and architecture\nProvide thought leadership on platform optimization and long-term roadmap\nWhat You'll Bring\n7-10+ years of SaaS or enterprise system configuration experience\n4+ years deep SAP Fieldglass configuration expertise (required)\nExperience leading configuration workstreams in at least one global SAP Fieldglass implementation (required)\nStrong understanding of contingent workforce and services procurement processes\nExperience working with system implementation partner and global vendors\nStrong knowledge of integrations (Workday, SAP, Coupa, middleware)\nExperience managing release governance and change control processes\nBachelor’s degree required\nStrong technical troubleshooting skills, including debugging and analysis of performance issues\nStrong communication skills and ability to work closely with users and provide a high level of customer service in a friendly, professional manner\nPreferred:\nExperience in consulting or professional services environments\nExperience in multi-country deployments\nKnowledge of compliance and audit considerations (e.g., data privacy, worker classification controls)\nWho You'll Work With\nAs Manager - SaaS Engineering for SAP Fieldglass, you will work with:\nOther members of the squad, including Product Owner, analysts, testers and scrum master \nGlobal stakeholders including HR, Finance and business owners \n\nSystem implementation partner, MSP and global vendors \n\nIT integrations and delivery teams supporting broader applications \n\nAdditional info\nYOU’RE GOOD AT\nTo be successful, this individual must\nHave a deep technical understanding of the SAP Fieldglass system functionality and apply that knowledge to support global implementation\nDesigning complex SaaS configurations in enterprise environments\nThinking holistically about system architecture and cross-system impacts\nBalancing global standardization with regional localization needs\nChallenging vendors and integrators constructively to drive better outcomes\nTranslating business requirements into scalable technical solutions\nTroubleshooting complex configuration and integration issues\nCommunicating technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders\nHave a sense of urgency in task execution, be well organized, able to solve complex issues and be interested in meeting high expectations while working in a very rewarding environment offering exceptional opportunities for learning and growth\nCreate clear and comprehensive specification documents for application modifications and new functionality additions.\nStay abreast of functional, technical & development tools, trends and practices, and act as an evangelist for items that should be considered for future initiatives\nAt BCG, our people and relationships are at the heart of everything we do.
